Preston Ford is seeking a proven, results-driven General Sales Manager who wants to be out from behind the desk—working with people, working deals, developing the team, and driving the business every day.

This is not a position for someone who wants to manage from an office.

We're looking for an  engaged, hands-on GSM who thrives on the showroom floor, knows how to desk and close deals, coaches salespeople and managers in real time, and knows how to create energy and accountability throughout a dealership.

For the right automotive leader, this is a $200,000+ annual earning opportunity with significant responsibility and long-term career potential.

We're looking for a GSM who understands that great sales leadership happens  on the floor, with the people, and in the deals—not from underneath a desk.

THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Is a true hands-on automotive sales leader
• Wants to be on the showroom floor and involved in the action
• Knows how to desk, structure, work, and close deals
• Enjoys working directly with salespeople and sales managers
• Coaches and develops people in real time
• Drives volume while protecting gross
• Understands both new and used vehicle operations
• Has a strong understanding of F&I performance
• Understands inventory, aging, pricing, and dealership KPIs
• Knows how to recruit, train, motivate, and retain talented people
• Creates energy, urgency, and accountability
• Leads by example rather than from behind a desk
• Is competitive, driven, and motivated to take the dealership to the next level
