Administrative Specialist Records, Budgets & Calendars

Phoenix Union High School District

The Phoenix Union High School District is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide clerical support to an assigned District Director and assist with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, five years of secretarial experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. This role requires professional interaction with students, parents, and staff while ensuring confidentiality and performance under district policies.
