This role will report directly to a Senior Engineering Manager and is responsible for successfully designing electronic circuit boards for radios and associated equipment, as well as working with cross-functional teams to support product integration and manufacturing introductionEssential Functions:Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic equipment, electronic parts, components and integrated circuitry for complex, high performance hardware systemsDetermines design approaches and parametersAnalyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsSupports digital and analog hardware research, design, and development of circuit board assembliesDevelops requirements from high-level use cases and product description documentsHardware printed circuit board design including requirement analysis, high level design, schematic capture and layout analysisMake design decisions and assess technical risksPerform simulation and analysis such as signal integrityPerform integration with other subsystemsPerform subsystem and system level verification and validation testingIdentify, track and repair assigned hardware defectsAbility to obtain a US security clearance is requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
