Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Houston, TX. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, driving in compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations, and unloading cargo as needed at delivery locations. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs, delivery records, and inspection reports, communicating with dispatch, and reporting any vehicle or route issues. The Truck Driver is expected to uphold company safety standards, provide professional customer service, and support smooth operations across all assigned routes. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license and strong truck driving skills, including safe handling of commercial trucks. Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws. Experience with unloading freight and properly securing loads to ensure safety. Clean driving record and strong focus on safety and preventative vehicle maintenance. Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TX, with flexibility for varying routes and schedules. Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, customers, and team members. Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks and long periods of driving.
