Associate PMO

Opportunity As an Associate PMO, you will join our growing Omnissa Professional Services team. You will help drive innovation and support customer engagements. Project Management Responsibilities Apply and grow technical project management and customer‑facing experience to plan, coordinate, track and manage project(s) to successful completion in local and virtual environments. Lead coordination of EUC professional services engagements for Workspace ONE & Horizon. Work directly with technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with the overall plan, driving customer outcomes and satisfaction. Develop and maintain project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, risk assessment and mitigation plans across multiple work streams. Develop change management skills to define and manage overall project risks and take corrective action proactively. Progress through your coaching plan and build knowledge of Omnissa's project management methodology and technologies. Provide clear and timely communication regarding the status of complex large‑scale projects—schedule, budget, progress to date, risks—to relevant stakeholders. Follow Omnissa's project management methodology and ensure adherence to defined guidelines and stage‑gate process. Engage with Sales and Account teams to identify and drive account growth opportunities. Drive continuous improvement of project processes—methodology, templates, best practices—based on lessons learned. Direct and monitor work efforts daily, identify resource needs, perform quality review, and appropriately escalte functional, quality, and timeline issues. Work on IT project management certifications to deliver IT automation and cross‑cloud solutions. Required / Preferred Skills 7+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environment. 3+ years of Professional Services operations, Engagement/Implementation Manager experience. Experience in a Consulting or Professional Services environment; technology industry experience required. Preferred: Professional Services Automation application experience. Strong MS Office suite skills—particularly MS Excel. Demonstrable organization and great attention to detail and quality. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities with confidence and professionalism. Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Comfortable pushing back and/or escalating in appropriate situations. Comfortable with working through ambiguity and finding solutions. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a strong plus. Thrives in a remote working environment. Experience delivering engagements under PRINCE2, PMP or TOGAF frameworks. Required to work night shifts.
