Job Description: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Location: Amsterdam, NY 12010 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12 Night (07:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: 36

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care and treatment to patients of all ages
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory medications
• Manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records

Requirements:

• Active New York State Respiratory Therapist (NYS RT) License required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NRP Certification required
• Previous travel experience required
• Preference given to travelers with completed contract renewals
• Must have strong respiratory care experience in an acute care setting

Additional Information:

• No call required
• Previous facility staff members will not be considered for travel assignments
