Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
