Compensation Package: Competitive piece-rate pay with multiple bonus opportunities: Per Visit: $70 – $130 per completed visit (good-faith estimate; varies by visit type) Drive Time: $25 per hour Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72 per mile Documentation Bonus: Reward for timely and accurate submission of documentation Benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunities for specialization and career advancement Supportive team environment Mileage reimbursement and drive-time pay Job Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT) with GrandCare, you will provide in-home physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care. You’ll help patients regain mobility and independence after surgery, making a real difference in their recovery. Responsibilities Perform home health physical therapy evaluations and develop care plans Provide therapeutic treatment and instruct patients/caregivers Monitor progress and report changes to physicians Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary case conferences Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per state regulations Requirements Current California Physical Therapy License 2+ years of physical therapy experience (home health preferred) CPR certification Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Why GrandCare?
