The Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.· Conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.· Oversee and manage training checklists for employee being trained.· Learn to carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.· Assisting in the production process and learning various tasks.· Assist with document control.· Data entry.· Fully trained in all departments.The profile that shares this sense of contribution:· High School Diploma or equivalent.· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.· Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.· Training experience preferred.A role with purpose and lasting impact.Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
