Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in civil litigation, draw up legal documents, participate in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and advise clients. Construction law experience, a plus. *Responsibilities:** Represent clients in court or before government agencies
* Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
* Advise clients on business and legal transactions
* Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
* Comply with all legal standards and regulations
* Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
* Position requires the ability to: take and defend depositions (party, witness, and expert); research and draft motions; handle hearings; draft evaluation reports; interact with a variety of experts; and bill time efficiently. Trial experience a plus. *Qualifications:** 5+ years of litigation experience
* Familiarity with various legal documents
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Experience in legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $74,500.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits:
