You help keep the rhythm of the restaurant moving, ensuring every dish arrives fresh, beautiful, and exactly as intended. What You’ll Do Maintain proper uniform standards and professional presentation Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties Know the Chula’s menu inside and out — including sauces, garnishes, and presentation standards Understand floor plans and table numbers to ensure accurate, seamless delivery Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members and managers Assist the Expo in stocking and maintaining a clean, organized line Work side-by-side with the Expo to ensure accuracy and timing of every plate Deliver food quickly and confidently while confirming quality before it reaches the guest Maintain composure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Recognize when to step in and support teammates Bring a positive, infectious attitude to every shift Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong sense of urgency — we move with purpose Commitment to doing whatever it takes to support the guest experience Ability to work collaboratively and positively with the entire restaurant team Active listening skills and clear communication Ability to multitask while maintaining organization and cleanliness Outgoing personality and team-first mindset Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine is a plus — with a desire to learn more Experience Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required We’re happy to train the right candidate with strong energy and work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Compensation Starting wage: $14.00/hour Application Requirements Applicants must complete an official Chula’s application Please bring a current resume to your interview Chula’s Restaurant is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
