Responsibilities Consistently maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene practices Complete all assigned side work, opening and closing duties Knowledge of Charlie’s On Prior Menu, sauces and garnishes Knowledge of all floor plans and table numbers Communicate effectively and appropriately with all associates and managers within the restaurant Assist the expo in stocking expo line and keeping a clean workspace Ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize when you may need help Maintain an attitude that is positive and infectious while at work or speaking about Charlie’s On Prior Ability to work alongside expo and assist them in their needs Required skills, knowledge, and abilities Sense of urgency Strong desire to do whatever it takes regarding the guests’ experience Ability to work positively with all associates within the restaurant Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge and desire to expand knowledge Active listening skills to accommodate the guests’ needs and create relationships Ability to multitask while taking care of bar guests needs and the server orders while maintaining composure and cleanliness Strong communication skills and outgoing personality Required experience Previous experience in restaurant environment is preferred, but not required Physical requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time The ability to communicate clearly and effectively Compensation Starting wage for this position is $13.50/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr Witt/Kieffer
