Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We're seeking dedicated team members to join our team with the mission of completing extraordinary bathroom remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

• Competitive Compensation: Unlimited / uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. 10% on anything you sell. After 90 days salary conversations could start.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be outbound walking neighborhoods / making cold calls.
• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end. We offer white glove service.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail
• Computer and smartphone proficient (must own your own)
• Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must have a vehicle
• Money motivated
