Event Sales Specialist Hybrid - Lucky Strike Denver As an Event Sales Specialist on the Core team, you'll own the full sales cycle for corporate outings, social events, and organizational gatherings for groups of 13 up to 100 guests. This isn't just inbound - you'll build pipeline, work your territory, and grow lasting relationships that bring guests back year after year. All video calls with clients and internal stakeholders require cameras on, and we expect associates to show up polished and professional - that means appropriate attire, a clean environment, and the kind of executive presence that reflects the brand we represent. What You'll Do Convert and Close * Handle inbound leads and outbound outreach for groups of 13 up to 100 guests across corporate, social, and organizational events * Own the full booking cycle - from first contact through signed contract * Match every group to the right venue, package, and experience for their needs and budget * Work high volume across multiple event types without letting anything fall through the cracks Build Your Pipeline * Own all local business outreach in your territory - building relationships with companies, organizations, and community groups * Prospect, develop, and grow new accounts to consistently build pipeline beyond inbound leads Hit Your Numbers * Work toward a quarterly quota, paid monthly on a tiered basis - stronger performance means stronger earnings * A Commission QRG will detail exactly how your pay is structured from day one Pass the Right Leads * Lead under 12 guests? Pass to the Call Center and earn 15% quota credit. Top corporate account? Pass to Enterprise.
