As a key member of the operations team, you will connect technicians, schedules, and shifting priorities to help keep appointments on time and service running smoothly.We offer a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package, including 100% coverage of the employee base medical and dental plan.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $22–$28 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (Vogel covers 100% of the base medical and dental plan for employees)Paid vacation, holidays, and sick timeA well‑established brand with a loyal customer baseStable role in a growing service companyKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians to meet customer and service requirements.Manage technician productivity by matching the right technician to the right call and assigning added work in real time as schedules and capacity allow.Manage incoming service requests, work orders, and schedule changes accurately and efficiently.Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.Monitor technician schedules, job status, and service timelines to help ensure service expectations are met.Complete invoicing, work orders, and ticket updates within 48 hours of service completion.Track driver and technician progress using GPS and dispatch systems, and communicate proactively to resolve delays, access issues, or missed stops.What We're Looking ForExperience in dispatching, scheduling, routing, or service coordination in a challenging environment preferred; experience in field service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or pest control is a plus.Knowledge of Samsara and Jonas is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A positive, outgoing style that fits well in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Motivated, adaptable, and able to stay composed as priorities shift.If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you.
