We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults in need. Whether in private homes or facility settings, your role will be vital to helping our clients live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health Provide medication reminders and support Offer companionship and emotional encouragement Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers Assist with meal prep and nutritional support Document care accurately and report changes to the office Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff Requirements Prior experience as a caregiver Dementia and long-term care experience a plus CPR certification a plus Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility Reliable, compassionate, and communicative High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License and Transportation Position Details Pay : Starting at $16.50 per hour Expected Hours: 12–30 per week Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid orientation and training Weekly pay A supportive and engaged team Why Work for Wellhaven Home Care?
