About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Enrollment and Student Engagement Officer to lead the strategic development and implementation of mission-aligned, student-centered enrollment and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a visionary, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of admission, financial aid, and retention, as well as a commitment to the success of all students. This role requires a minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in higher education, a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a proven track record of producing strong enrollment outcomes. The Chief Enrollment and Student Engagement Officer will be responsible for fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making, and will work closely with the community to ensure that enrollment strategies support the institution's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities for the Chief Enrollment and Student Engagement Officer include developing and executing admission and financial aid strategies, designing initiatives to support student success and engagement, and championing retention efforts across campus. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain trust, and a commitment to mentorship and team building. The ideal candidate will be familiar with modern technologies and have experience in leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency. They should also be adept at fostering a culture of excellence in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and be prepared to embrace the institution's values of integrity, respect, and a commitment to the welfare of the college.
