As part of the commercial segment of Everforth, we are committed to driving the next wave of global IT services and digital transformation. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Organizations are rapidly investing in copilots, generative AI, and intelligent agents while continuing to navigate complex enterprise transformations, including cloud and ERP modernization, operating model redesign, mergers and restructuring, and evolving technology priorities. Achieving meaningful business value from these investments requires more than implementing new technology—it requires a clear strategy, thoughtful change leadership, and an organization prepared to adopt new ways of working. We are seeking a Solution Leader to grow and deliver a portfolio of enterprise transformation offerings across three connected areas:* *AI Enablement*: our flagship AI Enablement offering, which helps organizations move from AI access to AI-enabled ways of working.* *Organizational Change Management (OCM*): change strategy, readiness, and adoption for enterprise technology implementations and business transformations.* *Business Technology Strategy*: technology strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and investment prioritization that align technology to business outcomes.You will originate and shape opportunities with C-suite buyers (CIO, CTO, CHRO, COO, CFO, and Chief AI Officer), advise on engagements from executive alignment through mobilization, and build the team, assets, and market presence to scale the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded transformation leader who brings proven OCM and technology strategy foundations, applies them with credibility to AI, and can move fluidly between the three, because clients rarely buy AI enablement, change, and technology strategy in isolation. Grow the Portfolio and Market Presence* Own pipeline and revenue targets across AI Enablement, OCM, and Business Technology Strategy, from origination and qualification through proposal, pricing, negotiation, and close.* Lead executive conversations that frame the client’s challenge in terms of business value at risk, whether that is the gap between AI investment and organizational readiness, a major implementation at risk of low adoption, or a technology portfolio misaligned to strategy.* Shape and price OCM and technology strategy engagements, including standalone advisory work and change workstreams embedded within larger implementation programs.* Identify cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio, such as leading with technology strategy and extending into AI enablement, or attaching OCM to ERP, cloud, and platform implementations.* Develop proposals, statements of work, and pricing that accurately reflect scope, staffing, and risk.* Partner with account leaders, technology alliances, and adjacent practices to create joint pursuits and pull-through.* Build market presence through thought leadership, executive roundtables, conference speaking, and client case studies. Lead AI Enablement and Organizational Change* Advise on AI governance, workflow redesign, human + AI ways of working, champion networks, and role-based learning.* Coach executive sponsors and people managers to lead change effectively.* Define and track adoption, proficiency, and readiness measures, and connect them to the business case. Shape Technology Strategy and Scale the Offering* Lead technology strategy engagements that align technology investment to business strategy, including current-state assessments, future-state vision, and multi-year technology roadmaps.* Develop IT and digital operating models, covering organization design, governance, sourcing, and decision rights.* Lead business capability mapping, application portfolio rationalization, and technology investment prioritization.* Build business cases and value frameworks that connect technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes.* Advise on technology governance, portfolio management, and vendor and platform selection.* Translate technology strategy into executable programs, ensuring adoption and change considerations are designed in from the start.* Codify delivery playbooks, staffing models, and pricing guidance so offerings can scale across teams and markets.* Feed client insights back to the AI & Innovation department to shape broader solution strategy and investment priorities **JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, information systems, technology management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.* 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation leadership roles.* 5+ years leading organizational change management for large-scale technology or business transformations, such as ERP, cloud, operating model, or M&A programs.* Demonstrated experience leading business technology strategy work, such as IT strategy and roadmaps, technology operating models, capability mapping, portfolio rationalization, or technology investment prioritization.* Hands-on experience leading enterprise AI, generative AI, or copilot adoption initiatives, with a working understanding of how AI tools, agents, and AI-enabled workflows change roles, tasks, decisions, and controls.* Deep expertise in change methodology, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness, communications, training, resistance management, sponsorship, and reinforcement.* Proven track record of selling consulting services: originating opportunities, leading pursuits, writing proposals, and closing engagements against a revenue target.* Experience advising and influencing C-suite executives, including CIOs, CHROs, COOs, and transformation leaders.* Ability to design maturity assessments, readiness diagnostics, business cases, and measurement frameworks that tie people and technology outcomes to business value.* Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, and the risk, security, and privacy considerations that shape employee trust.* Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into a clear narrative and a decision-ready recommendation.* Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.*Preferred Qualifications:** Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR) or equivalent change certification (e.g., ACMP CCMP).* Experience integrating OCM with implementation methodologies and system integrator delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).* Familiarity with enterprise architecture or strategy frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, business capability modeling) and IT governance and portfolio practices.* Experience building a new consulting offering or practice from early stage to repeatable revenue.* Familiarity with leading enterprise AI, ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms, and established relationships with technology alliance partners.* Experience with workflow and process redesign, including for human + AI collaboration.* Published thought leadership or a track record of speaking on AI adoption, digital transformation, the future of work, or organizational change.* Advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, information systems, technology management, or a related field. **OUR COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS*** Competitive Salary* Health, Dental and Vision Insurance* Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with Employer Contribution* Flexible Spending Accounts* Long and Short-Term Disability* Life Insurance* Voluntary Benefits* Employee Assistance Program* Paid Parental Leave* Wellness Incentives* Vacation and Holiday Pay* 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match* Employee Stock Purchase* Training and Advancement opportunities* Tuition Reimbursement* Birthdays Off* Philanthropic Opportunities* Referral Program* Partial Gym Membership Paid* Team Building Events* Discount Programs**Employee Type:** FullTime**Remote:** Yes**Location:** Glen Allen, VA, US**Job Type:** Internal**Date Posted:** October 19, 2026**Pay Range:** $170,000 - $230,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
