Christopher B. Burke Engineering, LLC. (Burke) is looking for a well-rounded Project Engineer to join our team in Crown Point, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a smaller office environment where your expertise will be valued across a wide range of civil engineering projects. What You’ll Do Lead and manage diverse civil engineering projects from concept through construction Conduct and review municipal engineering plans and development proposals Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture Adapt to a variety of tasks and project types in a fast-paced, flexible environment Supervise, review, and mentor staff members Other assignments as needed What You Bring B.S. Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or ability to obtain in 3 months Strong Communication and project management skills Working knowledge and experience with state and local regulations Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience with CAD programs a plus, preferably (AutoCAD / Civil 3D) That’s okay.
