Manager - Bone and Marrow Transplant Quality

Role Responsible for overseeing Bone Marrow Transplant procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing expert clinical support. Responsibilities Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain thorough knowledge of transplant protocols and regulations, and take appropriate action in stressful situations. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare outcomes or quality, with at least 1 year specifically in marrow and stem cell transplantation. Educational background in nursing or a related field.
