Human Resources Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator
Location: Fairfield OH 45014
Duration: 6+ Months | Contract
Pay: Up to $33.50/hr. W2 + No Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift, flexibility for 2nd shift preferred
Job Summary:
Looking for a Training Coordinator to support new hire onboarding, employee training, competency evaluations, safety/quality training, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-job training and new hire onboarding
- Assist employees with system access and training
- Conduct PIT assessments, training, and recertification
- Complete competency evaluations and process audits
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Support Safety, Quality, HR, and Manufacturing training
- Create/update training materials and procedures
- Track employee training and competency
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with PPE and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Manufacturing/training experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and support flexible shifts
- Experience with employee training, documentation, or process improvement is a plus
