We're looking for a skilled Survey Technician to process and analyze survey data using CAD software to create accurate and detailed drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to support the survey department.
• Process field data for plats and plans.
• Prepare cutsheets for construction stakeout.
• Research deed, plat, and record drawings.
• Prepare boundary composite maps and property descriptions.
• Process 3D point clouds to create surfaces and contours.
• Maintain company CAD drafting standards.
• Prepare existing conditions plans and exhibits.
• Prepare and format ALTA survey documents.
• Prepare easement plats and descriptions.
• Prepare as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Ability to process and analyze survey data accurately.
• Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Hybrid (on-site in Herndon, VA and remote)
• an open office environment with a collaborative team culture.
