U.S.VETS-the nation's largest nonprofit dedicated to preventing and ending veteran homelessness-is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee daily residential operations and support services at our Las Vegas site.

This is an opportunity for someone who can lead from the front-supporting staff, maintaining structure, and ensuring services are delivered consistently and effectively.
The Opportunity

As the Resident Services Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of residential services and supervise frontline staff responsible for day-to-day operations. You will help maintain a therapeutic community while ensuring that services are structured, consistent, and aligned with program expectations.

You'll work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly-both operationally and programmatically.
What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Supervise Resident Assistants and provide training, support, and accountability
• Maintain Structure: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including schedules, activities, and service delivery
• Support the Environment: Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic community
• Oversee Services: Coordinate basic services such as shelter support, hygiene, and resident needs
• Manage Operations: Track logs, reports, inventory, and ensure compliance with program procedures
• Coordinate Logistics: Oversee transportation schedules, mail services, and facility operations
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Conduct room checks, support sobriety protocols, and maintain site readiness
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Program Manager, property management, and support staff
• Be Available: Participate in on-call coverage and ensure 24/7 operational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field preferred
  (Relevant experience may substitute, including military leadership or extensive program experience)
• At least 2 years of experience in program management, staff supervision, or residential services
• Experience working with veterans, homeless populations, or diverse communities preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
• Ability to manage operations, documentation, and team performance
• Valid driver's license required; must meet company insurance requirements and complete driver training
