Assistant Manager Full-time Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager Overview Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations during their shift at Domino’s Pizza store, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining cost controls, handling inventory and cash, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Oversee all shift activities and maintain store performance. Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and profit margins. Handle staffing, scheduling, and crew training. Ensure store cleanliness, marketing, and adherence to standards. Maintain customer relations and attendance/punctuality. Essential Functions & Skills Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately for financial transactions; handle monetary change. Take orders verbally and via phone; process orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Operate all equipment; stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders. Maintain accurate inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working within a fast‑moving retail or food service environment. Strong communication, math, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record if driving responsibilities apply. Driving Duties (if applicable) Deliver products to customers by car and handle door hangers and flyers. Navigate complex delivery areas and multi‑story buildings. Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing stairs. Physical Demands & Work Conditions Shift requires standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, operating equipment including ovens up to 500 °F, and bending, reaching and climbing stairs. Work may involve hot surfaces, harsh temperatures, and exposure to dust.
