Property Manager Louisville, KY. $58,000 – $63,000 base + bonus Job Overview We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple residential communities in the Louisville area, including Kenwood, Woodlawn, Maple Run, and future acquisitions. This is a multi-site leadership role, not a traditional single-property manager position. You will act as the operational lead across several communities, helping improve processes, support on-site teams, and drive a strong resident experience.
