Property Manager - Multiple Sites

About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on Property Manager / Multi‑Site Operations Leader to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Louisville area, including Kenwood, Woodlawn, Maple Run, and future acquisitions. This is a leadership and operations role , not a traditional single‑site property management position. You will act as the operational “quarterback” across multiple communities driving performance, strengthening processes, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, leading through change, and improving how things work – not just maintaining the status quo.
