Healthcare Sales Specialist

The Healthcare Sales Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing outreach, public relations, and community engagement activities to achieve monthly referral, home visit, and enrollment goals. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and referral partners while educating the community about available healthcare services.

The ideal candidate must be a Spanish speaker with business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience and the ability to build community partnerships, support enrollment goals, and maintain accurate documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute outreach, PR, and community engagement activities to ensure consistent achievement of monthly referral, home visit, and enrollment goals.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations and execute against those opportunities in a thoughtful manner that reflects our mission and value proposition.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, post-acute facilities, and other potential referral sources in the service area.
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to achieve monthly enrollment goals with the MOEE Director.
• Provide education to referral sources in the community regarding healthcare services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all relevant components of the MOEE Playbook.
• Comply with all rules pertaining to allowable and prohibited marketing practices.
• Identify multiple potential opportunities for process improvement.
• Be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Complete all required documentation and generate reports in a timely and accurate manner, including in Salesforce, Athena, and MS Office Suite.
• Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
• Follow company policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
• Complete all mandated training and education in a timely manner.
• Complete all mandated occupational health screenings as needed and in a timely manner.
• Exercise flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
