Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a RF Scanner for our client. This job is responsible for accurately tracking inventory using a handheld radio frequency (RF) scanning device. This role supports shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control processes.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Use RF scanner to pick, pack, and verify orders
• Scan products into and out of inventory accurately
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
• Perform order picking based on system-generated lists
• Ensure product accuracy and proper labeling
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous warehouse or RF scanning experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and order details
• Basic computer and scanning device knowledge
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills
