Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Speed Picker for our client. This job is responsible for quickly and accurately picking products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Pick orders accurately using RF scanner or voice pick system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly production and accuracy targets
• Maintain a fast pace while ensuring order quality
• Properly label and stage completed orders
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory counts as needed

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanner or voice picking is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills
