Welltower is seeking a Capital Financial Specialist to manage budgets, reporting, and tracking for construction projects. You will drive dashboards, verify approvals, and help ensure value delivery for the Senior Housing portfolio. The role requires 1–2 years in budget/financial analytics, a finance-related bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.
