Capital Budget & Analytics Specialist

Welltower Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Capital Accounting Specialist to direct funding, reporting, and tracking of construction projects for the Capital teams. You will verify approvals, ensure procedures are followed, and drive value for the Senior Housing portfolio. Reports to the AVP of Capital Administration.
