Regulatory Compliance Manager

Providing day-to-day supervision of clinical research regulatory staff, the full-time remote Clinical Research Regulatory Supervisor will manage operations, support staff development, and ensure compliance with regulatory needs while focusing on study start-up and quality assurance. Key responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of clinical research regulatory staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of assigned staff Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of creative solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Six years of clinical research regulatory experience High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills Strong collaborative, prioritization, and organizational skills
