Regulatory Compliance Manager

Leading the company's packaging compliance and regulatory strategy, the full-time Packaging Compliance Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for packaging regulatory compliance, focusing on the European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain the company's PPWR compliance roadmap, ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions Monitor evolving European packaging legislation and translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, packaging engineering, or sustainability Demonstrated experience interpreting and implementing complex international regulations Strong project and program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority
