Job Title: Production Associate (Heavy Lifting Required)
Shift: 2nd Shift – 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
Schedule: 8–10-hour shifts (overtime as needed)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires physical stamina, consistency, and the ability to prioritize attendance and job commitment.

Key Requirements:

• Must be committed to maintaining one primary job (this position must be your priority)
• Ability to work 8–10-hour shifts consistently
• Must be available to work 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and general labor tasks as assigned
• Handle materials and products safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Compensation & Incentives:

• $300 Sign-On Bonus
• $300 Biweekly Attendance Bonus (based on perfect attendance)
