As a Senior Tax Manager specializing in Real Estate, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading complex tax engagements and driving innovative solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, client relationship management, and business development. Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends. * Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback. * Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients. * Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events. * Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * CPA required; MST or JD/LLM preferred. * 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting. * Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation. * Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment. * Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
