We're hiring multiple experienced Senior Tax Managers to lead client engagements, provide strategic tax guidance, and mentor staff across a diverse portfolio of closely held businesses.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review federal and state business and individual tax returns
Provide tax planning, projections, and strategic guidance to clients
Manage a book of business and build strong client relationships
Research tax issues and stay current on changing tax laws
Mentor and oversee staff; support team development
Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required; CPA, EA, or JD required
8+ busy seasons in public accounting (individual + business returns)
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning
Experience with Thomson Reuters suite preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
