Sr. Systems Administrator

Chameleon Technologies is partnering with a fast-growing aerospace and advanced manufacturing company in Everett to find a Sr. Systems Administrator. You'd own key enterprise systems, integrations and new implementations on a small, high-impact IT team that supports everything from business operations to engineering simulation to manufacturing.

What you'll do:

• Administer Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual and cloud environments
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure (Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Support enterprise applications like ERP, MES, PLM and CAD tools, including upgrades, licensing, integrations and backups
• Maintain security controls, patching, endpoint protection and compliance
• Support network security: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs and cloud networking
• Automate routine work with PowerShell or other scripting tools
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and handle onboarding and offboarding
• Evaluate and roll out new technologies and process improvements

What you bring:

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience across systems administration, enterprise apps and end-user support
• 3+ years administering Windows enterprise infrastructure (AD, Entra, Intune, M365)
• Virtualization and cloud experience
• PowerShell or similar scripting
• A generalist mindset: comfortable moving between strategic projects and hands-on troubleshooting

Bonus points for:

• CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 experience
• ITAR/EAR data protection, including M365 GCC High
• IT experience in manufacturing, aerospace or engineering
• SIEM and MDR/EDR tools
• Linux administration with Bash or Python
• IT project leadership
