This position is ideal for applicants seeking a long-term career and who are available to work at least 30 hours per week, with many opportunities to work 40+ hours per week. If you’re simply looking for an occasional part-time job, this position probably isn’t the right fit. Responsibilities As part of our paid training program, you will learn to:

• Successfully complete our CDL School Bus Driver Training Program
• Obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
• Safely transport students to and from school and educational programs
• Learn assigned routes, schedules, and student pickup/drop-off procedures
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment on the bus
• Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, dispatchers, and fellow team members
• Complete required transportation documentation accurately
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations

***Weekly Classroom & Field Training is Mandatory*** Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
• Clean driving record

● Ability to pass:

• Criminal background investigation
• Drug screening
• DOT physical examination
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Commitment to providing exceptional
