Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate mental health concerns, employing standardized tools and techniques to develop accurate diagnostic impressions.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that integrate a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to address clients' unique challenges, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue, healing, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring cohesive care and shared decision-making for holistic client treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation and support for clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process, and promoting stronger familial ties.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards that govern mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, credentials, and licensure.
