Salary Information:
- Annual Salary: Â $260,000.
- PCP Bonus: Up to $24,000
- Medicare PCP Bonus: Up to $36,000
Benefits:
- Malpractice Insurance:Â Covered by Community Medical Group.

- UnitedHealthcare health insurance, dental, and vision insurance
- Basic Life and AD&D insurance up to $200k (100% employer-paid).
- Aflac supplemental insurance (no employer contribution).
- 401(k) Plan:Â Company matching available after 90 days.
- CME Allowance:Â Annual allowance of $500.
- License Renewal:Â Payment for medical state license, DEA, and NICA renewal.
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 136 hours of PTO annually. (17 days)
- One floating holiday.
- One week of paid time off for CME.
- Ten paid holidays.
Role:
- Average Patient Load:Â 20 patients per day (23-24 scheduled, minus cancellations).
- Patient Time:Â 15-20 minutes per patient.
- Age Range:Â Patients 18 years and older.
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p Â
- Call: only one week per year. During that week, call coverage is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
- No hospital visits required
Requirements:
- Board Certified IM/FM
- Bi-Lingual: A plus / Preferred but not required.
