Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and exceptional service? GRUBBYS POKE & FISH MARKET in Carlsbad, CA, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Shift Lead to join our team! What You'll DoAs a Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating team members during your shift to deliver top-notch service.
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper handling of products.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Supporting staff training and development to help the team thrive.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional approach.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Leadership experience : At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Physical ability : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Weekend availability : Flexibility to work weekends is a must.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
