Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 25 weeks Shift: Day and Night Rotating Shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience preferred 2.5 years ICU experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Candidates must have the ability to float to various departments and facilities. Candidates must have experience with ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters. Description: This position requires a registered nurse qualified to work in an ICU setting. Candidates will float to various critical care units as needed. Experience in medical/surgical critical care is essential. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are required. Candidates must complete all required references before submission. RNs will be expected to manage complex patient care needs. The role involves care for ventilated patients and those with multi-system organ failure. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient care. RNs should be familiar with common charting systems utilized in healthcare settings. This position demands expertise in patient assessment and critical decision-making. All applicants must be prepared to meet the ongoing educational requirements of the role. Continuous evaluation and implementation of care practices are necessary. Regular participation in necessary training and skill enhancement modules is required. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and compassion in patient care.
