We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repairs for dealership inventory, loaner vehicles, dealer trades, and company vehicles. What You'll Do Manage internal repair orders from start to finish Coordinate repairs for inventory, used vehicles, dealer trades, and loaner vehicles Schedule and prioritize work with technicians and shop management Work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, and Accounting to keep vehicles moving efficiently Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure timely completion Help reduce recon cycle times and get vehicles frontline-ready faster Requirements What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor, Internal Advisor, or dealership service experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds, or similar) is a plus Team player with a customer-focused mindset—even when your customers are internal departments!
