This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while participating in a Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Join us and make a difference every day.Responsibilities:Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training programObserve and learn resident care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practicesAssist with resident care activities as permitted under training program guidelines and supervisionPractice CNA skills through demonstrations, return demonstrations, and supervised clinical experiencesCommunicate resident observations and concerns to nursing staff and instructorsMaintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights at all timesFollow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection prevention protocolsAttend all required classes, clinical training sessions, and educational activitiesComplete training assignments, skills evaluations, and competency requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the training programRequirements:High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program preferredInterest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing AssistantAbility to communicate effectively and work as part of a teamCompassionate, dependable, and eager to learnAbility to follow directions and maintain professional conductMust successfully meet all program and facility requirements for participation in CNA trainingBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving Options
