What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
Assess patient needs quickly and accurately to prioritize care
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and safety protocols

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years emergency room experience
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Flexibility to work night shifts
