As a HCT you'll have the opportunity to take people on outings to various places in the community, teach people recreational skills, and support people with completing Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). In addition, you will receive unit-based training by an assigned mentor. Again, we will provide you with all the training that you'll need to be successful as a HCT.
