What You\'ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs Provide caregiver training and collaboration Analyze data and make clinical treatment decisions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Support high quality, ethical ABA services Participate in clinical consultation and team collaboration Help create meaningful outcomes for children and families What We\'re Looking For Current BCBA certification Additional LBA (such as TN, GA, TX, other or ability to obtain) - preferred Passion for compassionate, high quality ABA Strong communication and collaboration skills Desire to mentor and support clinical growth Commitment to lifelong learning Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Approximately$75,000 to $115,000+ annually, based on experience, schedule, and leadership opportunities.
