General ManagerThe General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values.Benefits include a bonus based on performance, competitive salary, employee discounts, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, training & development, wellness resources, and paid time off.Key responsibilities include team leadership & development, sales & financial performance, and operations & member experience.Qualifications include 3-5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years in management supervising at least 3-10 employees, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, a strong understanding of gym-specific financial metrics, high school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, and the ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift between 50-120 lbs.Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
