Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.Benefits include a competitive salary and performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, work-life balance, growth opportunities, and perks such as free uniforms, employee discounts, and wellness resources.Key responsibilities include daily management, training, acting as an ambassador for the "Train Different" philosophy, lead production, goal achievement, promotions, member retention, club excellence, and admin support.Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, strong communication skills, proficiency in basic computer systems, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
