General Manager (GM) The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values. Coach and mentor the team through planning sessions and performance reviews. Maintain a fun, safe, and community‑focused environment for members and staff. Sales & Financial Performance Drive revenue to meet monthly targets for new memberships, private coaching attachments, and Ultimate Mix. Oversee lead generation and appointment setting to maintain a guest conversion rate. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial and operating plans. Operations & Member Experience Model brand standards on the floor and gather member feedback. Resolve elevated member concerns promptly and coach the team to prevent recurrence. Manage payroll, overtime approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols. Qualifications 3‑5 years of sales experience and 2‑3 years of management supervising 3‑10 employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and strong understanding of gym financial metrics. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to stand 8‑12 hours and lift 50‑120 lbs. Compensation $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year.
